This page explains what I collect, why, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, not to be endured.
Fu Fortunes is the trading name of Drunken Authority LLC, a California limited liability company, which is the data controller for everything described here.

What I collect

I never see your card number. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site or by me.
I ask for a birth date only when you have ordered a report that needs one. It is used to write that reading and nothing else. It is never sold, never shared, and never used for advertising.
Who else handles it
Running a small practice means using other people’s tools. These are all of them:
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions and billing. Receives your name, email, address and payment details.
- Web3Forms — delivers the contact form to my inbox. Receives what you type into that form.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides basic traffic analytics. Receives your IP address as part of serving the page.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement. Receives page views and, when you complete a purchase, a confirmation of the sale with your email address hashed, so it cannot be read back.
The typefaces this site is set in are served from this site itself, not from Google. Loading a page does not tell Google, or anyone else not listed above, that you were here.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed above.
Tracking, honestly
This site runs the Meta advertising pixel, and it currently loads as soon as you arrive, without asking you first. I am telling you plainly rather than burying it.
You can block it with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker, and the site will work exactly the same. Nothing on this site requires you to be tracked.
How long I keep things
- Order and payment records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Mailing addresses — kept while your subscription is active, and removed on request after it ends.
- Birth details for reports — kept with your reading so I can refer back if you write again. Ask and I will delete them.
- Messages — kept in my inbox as correspondence.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to [email protected], or use the contact form, and I will act on it. There is no charge, and asking will never affect how you are treated.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
